Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the website of Flow Couriers LTD. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.

All deliveries are taken seriously and as a priority for our customers and clients, so any cancellations must be made as soon as possible, within 2 hours of booked pick up time, otherwise there is a mandatory cancellation fee of £25 on small and £50 on large items. All jobs under the value of £100 has a mandatory £25 down-payment and £50 over £100, incase there is a cancellation or problems at the pick up point.  Full payments must be made after the delivery is done and the jobs value is under £250, 14 days for jobs over £250 but under £500 and 30 days between £500 and £1000. For jobs valued over £1000 we can negotiate over the phone or e-mail. All down-payments must be made at the time of the booking by bank transfer, cash, PayPal or with credit or debit card online, we will send you an invoice for this by e-mail or text message which ever is more convenient to you.

For regular customers, those who use our services more often (at least 4 times a month), we can make customised payment term contracts and send out detailed invoices for all the jobs at one go to help with payments and paperwork. 

We always keep POD (proof of delivery) sheets for upto 5 years and we can send them by e-mail or by post after every job or on a later date if needed.

In the case of returns, delivery refusals, there's a return charge that our team will calculate based on waiting time on site and  on millage.

Our waiting time and loading time charge won't be applied on the 1st 30 minutes, past that there will be a charge of £20 for the 1st hour, £35 after that for 90 minutes, over 90 minutes is £35+£10 every 30 minutes spent waiting on site.

Late payment fees will be added to all invoices if the payment is more than a week late  from the due date of the invoice, this fee is £50+VAT . If the payment is still late  after 2 weeks of the invoices due date a dept recovery agent will be contacted.
